Marketing Technology Administrator (Remote)


Position Responsibilities:
• Be a trusted and strategic marketing technology subject matter expert (SME) to the marketing team and cross-functional teams
• Support the marketing department’s creation efforts on strategic marketing automation projects like lead scoring, dashboard reporting, software integrations, and database maintenance
• Be the technical owner of the Marketo platform, managing and maintaining user access, the lead database, custom objects and workspaces for data quality and flow
• Maintain successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all operational marketing programs within Marketo & other marketing technologies
• Serve as power-user and change agent of the MarTech stack
• Own the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing technologies in the MarTech stack
• Be the primary admin of all marketing technologies, provisioning all access, use, and training
• Work cross-functionally to operationalize various marketing technologies to optimize marketing automation and digital marketing initiatives from concept to measurement
• Maintain and monitor all internal system API connections and integrations for the digital marketing technology stack to ensure full usage of these tools
• Develop best-in-class product management guidelines for all net new integration, product and feature enhancement builds
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to map out the marketing technology landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities
• Follow, refine, and execute analytic procedures and reporting for Growth Marketing team within Marketo, Salesforce and Bizible
• Assist managing marketing technology budget.
• Assist with developing marketing automation operations and technical documentation and training initiatives for the marketing team.

Education & Experience:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience plus at least 3 years’ experience in an enterprise Marketo environment
• Experience building complex automation rules and workflows in Marketo or similar MAP/CRM
• Experience supporting integrations, API connections and webhooks in Marketo for digital marketing technology
• Knowledge of SFDC; object relationships, data architecture, expert campaign management, workflows preferred.
• Experience working with digital marketing technology tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Drift Email, Twilio, Bizible, SeventhSense, Rock Content and other comparable tools
• Understanding of Marketing Automation data structures and reporting functionality
• Knowledge of standard methodologies for core digital channels including website, email, mobile, social media, SEO, SEM, display, and native advertising
• Strong understanding of buying stages and lead and customer lifecycles
• Excellent interpersonal skills to concisely and efficiently communicate with stakeholders and colleagues
• High attention to detail and accuracy despite consistent deadline pressure
• Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
• Marketo Certified Expert preferred
• AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience a plus
• Experience creating presentations and materials to pitch to executive-level leadership
• Experience developing reporting metrics or experience with Adobe Analytics or Bizible preferred
• Passionate about leveraging technology and data to aid your day-to-day execution
• Proven ability to break down and diagnose issues, then identify and rapidly deploy fixes
• Ability to be a team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others, and able to share knowledge and coach others; Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.  Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.  All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.
