Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description: Description of work environment:Includes daily driving of a large truck across Brevard County.Onsite operational support role across multiple Brevard sites supporting calibration, asset tracking, and logistics functionsWhat is a typical workday?Manage calibration work orders; Coordinate asset pickup, delivery, and shipping; Track and update asset status in METTEAM system; Generate logistics and asset reports; Support customer/internal communication; Work cross-functionally with departments on asset dispositionEducation & Experience* Requires developing job knowledge/skills.* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.Must- Haves (Hard Skills):* Basic calibration / metrology exposure* Logistics, inventory, or asset tracking experience* Experience managing work orders or reports* Microsoft Office proficiency* Valid driver"s license* Must be able to drive a large truck* Prefer Class C driving qualification (confirm if required vs. preferred)* Must drive approximately half of each day within Brevard CountyMust- Haves (Soft Skills):* Strong attention to detail* Good communication skills* Dependable and reliableNice-To- Haves (Hard Skills):* METTEAM system* Sunflower* Fluke tools* Inventory systems* Continuous improvement experience Nice-To- Haves (Soft Skills):* Cross-functional collaboration* Basic problem-solving skillsBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
