October 20, 2021 -- We are thrilled to announce that, for the third straight year, we are among the first winners of a Top-Rated Award from Great Nonprofits!
It is an incredible honor to receive this distinction, as it is awarded to organizations that receive great reviews and contributions from clients and supporters like you! We are proud of the work we are doing to help veterans find employment, grow their businesses, access housing, file their claims, and more.

Since the organization’s founding, GI Go Fund has helped tens of thousands of veterans with unique and innovative services, gaining nationwide recognition and changing the way people think of supporting our veterans. A major component to our growth was our partnership with the city of Newark in 2008 to provide thousands of veterans in the city and surrounding area get the support they need. We have grown from this partnership since to become a national leader in the veteran space, helping veterans from New Jersey to California with getting the services they need.
The organization has received other recognition for our support of veterans, including winning the top prize from the Newman's Own Awards in 2020. In addition, GI Go Fund has been featured on CNN, Fox News, and on the ABC reality show “Secret Millionaire”. We have also received countless awards and recognition by so many great institutions like the VFW, American Legion, JWV, and the Russ Berrie Foundation.
