Bob Woodruff Foundation/Gridiron Capital Veteran Hiring Tool from JobPaths Already Generating Successful Returns for Gridiron’s Portfolio Companies

After universal adoption by Gridiron Portfolio companies, the new partnership between Gridiron, the Bob Woodruff Foundation, and JobPaths has been tremendously successful.

In late 2022, Bob Woodruff Foundation and Gridiron Capital partnered with JobPaths to provide its robust software solution to Gridiron’s portfolio companies to support their efforts in hiring military veterans. Now, the reviews are in for the platform, and the responses from the portfolio companies have been universally positive.

“I believe that the response has been almost unanimous from our portfolio companies that this platform has been great and is dramatically improving their ability to find and recruit veterans,” said Ed Francis, Operating Partner at Gridiron Capital. 

On this new site, available online at , portfolio companies are able to connect to military veterans utilizing the JobPaths system through their multitude of employer features, including developing fully customizable microsites that showcase their efforts to recruit and employ military veterans. Portfolio companies are able to further improve their veteran hiring efforts on the page by posting jobs, searching for candidates, receiving automatic matches to candidates based on their skills and interests, and connecting to candidates via JobPaths mentorship portal.

These portfolio companies are successful in connecting to vets on JobPaths thanks to their 200,000+ jobseekers, including 24,000 new users joining every month. The high userbase is thanks to veterans signing up on JobsPaths or one of its many sister sites, including United Way and Helmets to Hardhats. These veterans are engaged on the JobPaths platform thanks to their array of engagement tools that support employment, including a resume builder, 250 free skills-based training courses, links to mentors, and even a personalized dashboard that curates the most accurate job matches, benefits, and resources for their job search.
