Eagle Eye Challenge - Rules of Eligibility

To be considered eligible for any prize, participants must first have created a team page before their round, proving their participation in the event, AND have raised a minimum of $100 on the page. Donations can be provided by the participant, a member of their foursome, or a third party.

All attempts must occur during the month of May 2023. No other dates will be eligible.

As part of the Great Constantine Golf Across America, GI Go Fund provides a special prize to the first golfer who proves that they scored a hole-in-one during their round. The hole-in-one will be on the first Par 3 of the participant's round (according to the scorecard).

Most hole-in-one prize contests happen during in-person golf outings, with a representative on hand to watch your shot and confirm that it went in. Since our event is different, we have a few eligibility rules to confirm that you have successfully hit a hole-in-one. To be eligible, the participant must meet the following criteria:

1. The participant has met the registration and donation requirements detailed above.
2. All hole-in-one attempts must be filmed! They will need to be recorded by either you or a member of your team in order to be eligible. The recording must also be either broadcast live on social media (Instagram, Facebook Live, or Youtube Live) with the participant tagging GI Go Fund on the post (@gigofund), or posted on social media on the day of the golf outing with GI Go Fund tagged on the post.
3. Only the first Par 3 listed on the scorecard will be considered for eligibility.
4. All attempts must occur within that hole's designated tee box.
5. After the hole-in-one has been achieved, the participant must notify the clubhouse of the course they are playing on, indicating that they have successfully achieved a hole-in-one. They must also submit their scorecard to the clubhouse for verification purposes.

Please note that only one car is available for this year's event. If the prize has been won by another participant prior to your round, you will not be eligible for a car during this year. GI Go may provide you with a consolation prize, including the TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus Driver.

Participant is required to provide photograph and/or video of themselves during the round wearing the eyepatch while playing. If the score of -2 is achieved through the end of an 18 hole round, participant will email ruth@gigo.org a photograph copy of their scorecard, along with the date the round was completed, and the course it was completed on. GI Go will conduct a follow up with the course to confirm, so please be sure to hand in your scorecard to the clubhouse when done.

If requirements are met, golfer will become eligible to win a TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus driver.
