William Casson

My goal is bring positive change to the people and organizations I serve, utilizing the Extreme Ownership leadership philosophy.

Relationships are my currency, and I find great joy in connecting people and organizations. Collaboration and empowerment is essential. I'm a firm believer that we should do what we do best, and partner with others to create comprehensive solutions to the problems we face.

I am a veteran of Naval Aviation and served as an Aviation Rescue Swimmer for seven years. It was an absolute honor to wear the uniform and my passion to serve was solidified during this period of my life. Since military service I have pursued higher eduction, became a business owner, and have had the opportunity to work for incredible companies and leaders that have invested in my growth and success.

I have found a home at Associated Builders and Contractors, where I manage the daily operations of the ABC Cares Foundation. In this role, I respond to emergent needs in the construction community by financially supporting industry professionals and their families when they need help the most. ABC Cares also supports community organizations by connecting the construction industry to the local community, in order to channel in-kind donations. We also support workforce development efforts through relationships and programs with community organizations, like Junior Achievement.

My children are my greatest joy in life. We can often be found at the beach or park, pushing our comfort levels and learning new things. I have also found a passion for training my Belgian Malinois, Atlas. As my choice in dog eludes to, I am a very active person and find great joy in being outdoors.
