Job Summary and Qualifications
Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays

What you will do in this role:
- Provides secretarial support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing, and filing documents.
- Answers inquire or refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals.
- Compiles reports from data and existing records.
- Gathers information and develops summaries as requested.
- Assists with development and implementation of budget and operational plans.
- Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, and systems.
- Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.
- Schedules/coordinates meetings, appointments. Make travel arrangements.
- Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions. • Participates in educational activities and programs.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality.
- Maintain appointment calendars as needed.
What Qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION:
- High School Graduate/Equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of secretarial experience required, healthcare experience preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
- No license Requirements
