Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide expertise and champion results. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels the patient experience is as meaningful as we do.

You Will:

Responsible for performing clerical duties and responsibilities related to assisting and supporting laboratory department leaders.

Supports the department in achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities.

Maintains confidentiality, security and integrity of patient and organizational data.

You Should Have:

A High School or GED Vocational/Technical diploma.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Prior Administrative Assistant experience

1-3 years working in a clinical laboratory setting

Demonstrates proficiency in computer software programs including spreadsheets, word processing, email communication, calendar management, expense reporting. Supply ordering, contract management and staff training assignments.
