Mechanical Drafting Engineer (GE - Quer�taro, M�xico)

A Mechanical Drafting Engineering job is currently available through Belcan. To be considered for this role you will have at least an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of prior drafting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will provide 2D/3D CAD design work to support manufacturing project activities. Job Duties: * Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and pictures.* Seek clarity and understanding from engineers and project managers when not absolutely certain of something.* Develop and update engineering and operations documentation.* Capable to update Code and Standards from old designs.* Knowledge of Mechanical Fits and GD&T.* High Level Skills for CAD Templates creation and Macro Creation.* Capable to develop full assembly details and Manufacturing instructions from assemblies to component level.Qualifications: * An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.* Must have at least 2 years of engineering work experience in Design environment.* Requires Solid 2D/3D modeling experience with SolidWorks, NX, Creo Parametric, Autodesk inventor or similar design software. SolidWorks solid modeling experience is a must have.* Must be able to Translate engineering solutions to requirements, then further to process and/or equipment designs which deliver all required and promised performance criteria.* Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.* Strong communication and presentation skills.
