SolidWorks CAD Drawing/Modeler (GE - Quer�taro, M�xico)

A SolidWorks CAD Drawing/Modeler job is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for Creating CAD models and drawings for Industrial components.Job Duties:* Create detailed CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks software * Perform detailed characterization of hardware using CMM, white-light scan, Laser point scan, and Faro data to extract detailed geometry features * Make model construction and drafting decisions * Assist Engineering with technical presentations and various engineering tasks * Assist in training other personnel with CAD systems * Work in a lab and field environments Qualifications:* Two-year AA/AS degree or a graduate from technical school with applicable certificate* A minimum of two years experience modeling gas turbine hot section cooled turbine airfoils or similar experience Education* Ability to create detailed CAD models and drawings with little or no supervision* Detailed knowledge of SolidWorks* Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) based on ASME Y14.5 -1994 for drawing creation* Ability to work fully onsite at our Belcan M�xico Office in Quer�taroAs an employee with Belcan, you will be part of one of the largest engineering firms in the world.
